All rates include an LCD Projector, Screen, Flipchart, Paper, Pencils and Cordials, VAT at 17.5% and Service Charge. Complimentary parking at the hotel's car park at a first come first served basis. Overflow car parking (on Wood Street, 100 yards from the hotel, once the hotel's car park is full) available at a modest charge. Complimentary Wireless Broadband available in all meeting rooms.

Conference room hire rates are available upon request subject to availability and duration. The Danum have probably the most competitve room hire rates in the area - please ask if you have a budget!
